Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning Meat Rub
For best results coat your meat around one hour before cooking or for an intense flavour, marinade overnight in the fridge.
If you need to baste the chicken during the cooking process, mix 10g of seasoning to 100ml of vegetable oil and brush onto the chicken.
- You need just 20g per 1kg of meat.
- Approximately 20g of rub is needed for every 1kg of meat.
Ingredients: Salt, Wheat Flour, Ground Paprika, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Ground Fenugreek, Paprika, Extract Oil, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Caramel Powder, Colour (Carmine Powder), Ground Celery Seeds, Chilli Powder, Ground Cinnamon.
