250g of Butchers-Sundries Pork Pie Seasoning

'Pork Pie Seasoning', for the perfect porky pie! An easy and simple seasonings to use, with great flavour!

Butchers Sundries Recommended Sausage Recipe to 250g of seasoning:

Ingredients: Amount Needed:
Pork Shoulder 5Kg
Belly pork 3Kg
Water 1Kg
Rusk 750g
Pork Pie Seasoning 250g

Method:

  1. Coarse Mince Meats
  2. Place meats in mixer bowl, add pork pie seasoning and rusk. Mix to disperse well.
  3. Add water and mix until desired texture is achieved.
  4. Fill into pie shell as required.
  5. The pies should be cooled before gelling
  6. The pies can be glazed before or after cooking

Baking:

  1. The pies should be baked at 400°F (205°C) to an internal temperature of 160°F(70°)
  2. The pies should be cooled before gelling
  3. The pies can be glazed before or after cooking
