These beef middles are traditionally used for salamis as they are straight with no natural curve unlike other natural casings.
The casings have been individually vacuum packed. There are 2 x 9m lengths per bundle.
Usage & storage instructions:
- Before using these casings they need to be rinsed free of salt or brine.
- Soak for 20 minutes before use in lukewarm water.
- Once opened we recommend that any unused casings are sealed in an airtight container such as a sandwich box and kept in the fridge.
- Beef casings will last up to 3 months if kept this way.
