Sweet & Sour Glaze
An authentic style glaze with both sweet and sour flavours with a hint of ginger and other oriental spices.
Our glazes are supplied as dry powders designed to coat meat and poultry.
Directions of Use: Take approximately 100g of your chosen dry marinade to every 1Kg of meat Product. Simply put the 100g of marinade over your chosen meat in a re-sealable bag or suitable container and shake to coat. Ensure that the whole of the Product is well covered.
