This Butchers Sundries electric mincer and meat grinder is by far one of the best meat grinders and fillers on the market today. This mincer has a huge range of attachments including a 3 piece nozzle set allowing you to make many different styles of sausage and can be stored away in a handy storage compartment located at the top of the machine body.
This mincer also comes with 3 stainless steel blades which are ideal for creating many different textures to your end product and can be easily stored away in the handy compartment built in on the top of the mincer.
This means they are safe and secure (away from little hands). These blades are more resistant to rusting but we still recommend coating the blades in a little vegetable oil for best results.
The mincer also comes with a kebbe attachment which can also be stored away in the storage compartment. The kebbe attachment consists of 2 parts which easily slot together and then onto the machine to make meatballs.
By using the drop down menu you can choose from our vast selection of quality and great tasting sausage mixes. All of our sausage mixes are a combined mix of both rusk and seasoning which means all you need to do is add mince meat and water. The amount of grams per sachet will vary dependent on the flavour you choose.
Sausage Casings - 5m Bundle of 36/40mm Hog Casings
These casings are approx 5 metres long and will give an approximate sausage fill of 2.5kgs of per bundle. The caliber (Diameter) is 36/40mm UK breakfast sausage size. These casings are perfect for home sausage making. These casings are supplied salted to preserve them and give a longer shelf life.
Directions of use: Soak the skins over night in cold water. Change water to lukewarm water 30 minutes before use. Separate strands and fill. After use, flush the casings with water, re-salt and store in an airtight container.
5m Bundle of 24/26mm Sheep Casings
In the bag you will get a 5 metre length of Natural Sheep casings, selected cleaned, packed and salted for Trunet in our Butchers Sundries 5 Layer oxygen permeable food grade bag for your protection. The casings are 5 metres long in each salted vac bag and will give an approximate fill of 1.4kgs of sausage. They will produce great sausages approximately 24/26 mm thick.
Collagen Sausage Casings
Unlike natural casings, collagen casings do not need to be soaked and are ready to use straight from the packet. In order to get the best results from your collagen casings, please rub the ends of the casing in a little vegetable oil when in use. This allows the casings to be more flexible and gives a professional shine to the finished product.
